Call-Out Fees & Pricing

Standard call-out (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm): £75 – includes the first hour’s labour

Out of hours & weekends: £95 call-out fee

Where a repair is required, we’ll provide a clear price at the point of diagnosing the fault, so you know exactly what to expect. All repairs are covered by a parts and labour guarantee for your peace of mind.

Emergency Boiler Repairs

We know a boiler breakdown can’t always wait. That’s why we offer a same-day emergency boiler repair service (within opening hours). Whether it’s a no heating or hot water emergency, a leaking boiler, low pressure issue, or boiler error codes, our engineers are on hand to provide urgent help.

Central Heating Repairs

Manufacturer Warranty Repairs

If your boiler is still under the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Vaillant, Ideal), we recommend you contact them directly. In these cases, the manufacturer will usually complete the repair. For faulty boilers outside of their warranty period or for boiler breakdowns not covered by a warranty, we can help and get your boiler up and running!
